My lovely little Fleur needs plots. Deep, twisted plots. So here are two suggestions. =3
Plot 1: Her and another patient become best friends. She helps them deal with their disorders, and they help her deal with hers. One day, in one of her intermittent explosions of anger, she nearly kills them, but after seeing what she has done she runs to get help before hiding herself away, with no one knowing where she is. ((the story from here on out is Emily's idea) She is found by her friend hiding in a cave and her friend had thought that she was taken to the testing facility for tests after she ran away. When s was found by her friend, she was brought back for help and immediately told a soldier and pleaded for help. Upon recognizing that it was a missing patient that was needed last week, but was presumed dead, he told the friend that he would help her. He then takes her into custody from there (by now she has passed out from starvation and dehydration). He carries her up to the Testing Facility for medical attention. When she wakes up, she is strapped down to an examination table with tubes and everything hooked up to her. She can't move or anything, and then a doctor notices that she is awake, and either flushes a pill down her throat or puts something over her mouth to make her fall asleep again. When she wakes up, she is in a world of hurt and locked up in a cell in Ward C. Now, this part in the story, she has come to not like the friend what so ever because she believes that they are a soldier in disguise. After a bit in the cell, she is released and tells others on the island that she is a double agent and a few other people do not like the sounds of this. So they all turn against her, and then the friend runs away and hides where Fleur was originally hiding. ... A soldier finds her and Fleur sees him dragging her off to Ward C (she was tranquilized or something, so she is literally being dragged on the ground to Ward C). So Fleur then realizes that she was wrong and the friend was not to blame what so ever and Fleur tries to get people together to stage a break in to get the other person out. ... Here is where she breaks in, by herself because she can't get anyone to believe her that her friend wasn't a double agent (it is night time). Ward C was not guarded what so ever and she gets her friend back. The plot seems to end by here. What no one notices is, is that they were being watched the whole time. They were actually studying Fleur from a surgery from earlier (from whatever they did). (Thanks Ziggy, for filling this role)
Plot 2: Now, plot 2 has three variations. They are as follows:
-Variation 1: She falls in love with another patient. Several of her personalities believe that she can be cured if she find someone that loves her, since she never was loved as a child. However, if she were to fall for a patient, especially one that shared at least one disorder with her or one that had a similar history, she would understand their pain and try hard to help them. This would likely lead to her getting in trouble with the Doctors a lot trying to defend them. -Variation 2: She falls in love with a Doctor. Though it would take a special kind of doctor to make this work, it could. He would have to know her past and believe that love could cure her. At first, he would likely try to cure her with experiments, but as he starts understanding her more, he would fall for her and realize that love is her cure. He would then start keeping the other doctors away from her, telling them that she is his "special project" and that they would ruin what he has done thus far. -Variation 3: She falls in love with a Soldier. It would take a kind-hearted soldier to make this work. Maybe he could be assigned to Ward B and meet her, and want to be her friend. Then, after he gets to know her more and understand her, he starts realizing that all she needs is to be loved. All of these would ultimately end up with Fleur and her new lover trying to escape Netherings, and likely getting killed, together.

OK! I want to add onto plot one!
She is found by her friend hiding in a cave and her friend had thought that she was taken to the testing facility for tests after she ran away.
When s was found by her friend, she was brought back for help and immediately told a soldier and pleaded for help. Upon recognizing that it was a missing patient that was needed last week, but was presumed dead, he told the friend that he would help her.
