Evan is a very cold-hearted, mean-spirited man to EVERYONE. If you aren't on par with his genious-level smarts, you are stupid. If you care for the patients in the facility, you are too soft. If you consort with the soldiers, you are an ass-kisser. He always talks down to people and treats them as if they are nothing more than garbage. However, should you manage to become his friend, or even more, he treats you with the utmost respect, despite still sounding a little condescending.Appearance:

Evan, a well know native of Washington, grew up in a very wealthy family. He had everything. Top notch schooling, friends, good looks, smarts. However, he was always known to look down on those that that weren't as smart as him. This didn't become a problem until he entered high school.Additional Comments:
His steep learning curve made it to where he, even in advanced classes, understood everything the first time. He quickly got far ahead of everyone, causing him to look down on then all.
He graduated much earlier than most, barely a Sophomore when he received his diploma. It wasn't long either before he was accepted into a prestigious college to pursue his medical study. Once he graduated from there, he immediately started searching for a job. However, he fit in nowhere. By this time, he only cared about himself and his knowledge. This got him hired as a doctor at Nethering's. He soon became known as one of cruelest Doctor in the facility.
